This entails maintaining fixtures stocked with merchandise, keeping the entire store neat and undertaking tasks as prescribed. They support the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM) through their focus on performance (operational metrics), people (colleagues and customers), and processes (operational procedures and compliance standards). This role necessitates meticulousness and the capacity to adhere to processes and procedures.Being champions of Ulta Beauty's mission, vision, and values, the Seasonal Task Associate should adeptly and consistently demonstrate them through these duties and responsibilities of the job:- Assist in reaching or surpassing the store's retail targets by ensuring the completion of all tasks as planned and making products available for buying.- Maintenance and meeting of compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensuring all operational processes, including the shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures, are completed in a timely manner.- Enhance an inclusive environment that supports colleagues, peers, and all customers.- Regularly participate in continuous professional development and sales performance training. - Understand and comply with Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.- Dress according to Ulta Beauty's dress code.- Carry out merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and process shipments using Ulta Beauty's technology and best practices.- Maintain exceptional store standards and overall cleanliness of all areas including the sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break area. JOB QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma is preferred.- Prior relevant work experience of one year or equivalent blend of education and work experience is preferred.- Proficient with essential technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Jobnity devices).- Ability to troubleshoot.- Ability to function independently and as part of a team.- Be ready to work a flexible schedule that includes early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift.- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shifts.- Continuous and/or frequent lifting, carrying and/or moving up to 25 lbs. during the shift.- Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during the shift.At Ulta Beauty, the possibilities are exquisite.
