Key Responsibilities As a Consultant on the Global Equity team, you will be an integral part of a high‑performing group that delivers end‑to‑end equity plan administration. Your day‑to‑day duties will include Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑purchase plans. Processing the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Stock Purchase Plan (SPP) matching ratio awards. Reviewing equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and SPP activities—to guarantee accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting. Researching, tracking, and responding to inquiries from participants, plan administrators, and other stakeholders. Supporting the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and SPP enrollment activities. Generating ad‑hoc data analytics and reports to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
