Principal Consultant, Oracle Cloud Reporting

Job Description:

  • Lead enterprise reporting strategy, architecture, and solution delivery across Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
  • Establish reporting roadmaps, governance standards, reporting inventories, and enterprise reporting strategies.
  • Serve as the reporting architecture lead for Oracle transformation programs;
  • Lead reporting assessments and rationalization initiatives to optimize reporting portfolios;
  • Architect reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion;
  • Lead report inventory assessments, reporting migration strategies, and reporting transformation initiatives;
  • Design scalable reporting solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud best practices;
  • Ensure alignment between security models, data access controls, and reporting requirements;
  • Design executive, management, financial, operational, and regulatory reporting solutions;
  • Establish reporting standards and best practices across Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM environments;
  • Lead integration of Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM reporting frameworks to support enterprise-wide reporting;
  • Define executive dashboard strategies and KPI frameworks;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business stakeholders;
  • Mentor reporting consultants, developers, and analysts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field;
  • 10+ years of Oracle ERP and EPM implementation experience;
  • 8+ years specializing in reporting, analytics, and performance management solutions;
  • Experience leading enterprise reporting workstreams during Oracle Cloud transformations;
  • Experience working with global organizations and complex reporting ecosystems;
  • Experience establishing reporting governance frameworks and Centers of Excellence;
  • Oracle Reporting expertise: Oracle Fusion Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), SQL, Data Modeling, and Reporting Security;
  • Oracle EPM Reporting expertise: Narrative Reporting, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, Management Reporting, Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting;
  • Functional Expertise: Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle EPBCS, Oracle FCCS;
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and enterprise reporting initiatives;
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Extra edge: Oracle Cloud Certifications in ERP, EPM, Analytics, or Reporting technologies;
  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau integrations;
  • Experience designing enterprise reporting catalogs and report inventories;
  • Experience leading reporting assessments and reporting operating model initiatives;
  • Consulting experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
  • Language skills: English: Proficient.
