Overview:The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for duties related to warehousing such as receiving, loading, and inventory control.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
  • Operates forklifts to stack and retrieve product, supplies and operating materials.
  • Receiving - unloading trucks, verifying condition and count of items received.
  • Storing and Rotating - putting product away in designated areas such that old stock is available before any new stock is used.
  • Shipping - consolidating footprints and readying orders for shipment including loading trucks per SOP and work instruction.
  • Inventory Control - helping to maintain an accurate count for the quantities of product on hand.
  • Keeping Distribution areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Must keep pace with work area and team.
  • Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team members.
  • Must follow company's GMP's, SOP's, Rules and Policies.
  • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Preferred proficiency in the safe operations of a forklift - training will be provided.
  • Must have the ability to read English.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation:

  • $17.00 per hour

Compensation Range:$15.00 - $15.00
