About the position

Ready for a career glow up? As Assistant Manager, Sephora Media Network, you'll be responsible for activating offsite retail media campaigns that support our portfolio of leading brands across Sephora. The work you do will impact beauty, as you execute retail media budgets that optimally align with client, brand, and company objectives while helping shape the future of Sephora's Retail Media Network offerings. Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign activation with agency partners to ensure flawless execution
  • Help steward best-in-class program execution through strong attention to detail
  • Manage campaign briefing and intake processes
  • Develop and optimize templates for media plans and reporting
  • Validate budgets, targeting, creative assets, product selection, and campaign onboarding
  • Help inform creative best practices and insights for brands
  • Assist in the development of program strategies, insights, and analyses for brands
  • Work closely with partners across Sephora's Media, Brand Marketing, and Analytics teams
  • Act as a thought partner with leadership to help shape retail media offerings

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a digital media/ad operations role
  • Proven ability to take initiative, organize, and manage a high volume of detailed projects simultaneously (and prioritize appropriately)
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic display, video, CTV, and paid social best practices
  • Familiarity with retail media/co-op media space
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal and external team members
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
